TECHNOLOGY

Our advanced 6-colour large and medium format Heidelberg and Komori presses are equipped with in-line coating facilities and colour management features. The recognition and accolades we have received over the years from the printing and packaging industry stand as a testimony to our product quality.
From small to large runs our offset press has the experience and technology to tackle just about any job.
Our high-tech printers are designed to meet the high-speed, high-quality demands of commercial printing requirements bringing new capabilities to a number of sectors including publications, variable data printing, and all types of printed packaging material.
UV screen printing and coating provide value addition to our customer products to stand out from the rest. The fully automated screen print process guarantees perfect registration irrespective of the print area with offset printed material ensuring final product quality.
Our State-of-the-art Die Cutting machines are so versatile. Precise cutting, accurate pressure on creating, and fine edge 2D & 3D embossing with almost zero tolerance are the key features of these machines.
These machines are also supported by a fully automated state-of-the-art offline carton breaking machine and a fully automatic high-speed print quality inspection machine. Both these machines can handle large volumes.
Fully automated hot and cold stamping / foiling machines are also an added advantage to this fleet of post-press machines.
